As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Paul is responsible for strategically expanding Worldsource Financial Management's overall wealth management platform for independent advisors. As Managing Director of Worldsource Wealth Management (WWM), Paul plays a principal role in ensuring the overall collaboration of WWM's subsidiaries - to support and complement the needs of entrepreneurial advisors from each sector.

Paul brings extensive executive experience in the financial services sector to WFM. Most recently he was President and CEO of Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. Prior to Barrington, over a period of more than 10 years, he built a successful insurance distribution business, The Independent Brokerage Group, which was acquired by Hub International Ltd. in 1999. Paul also served as Chairman and CEO of Hub Financial Inc., one of the country's largest life insurance distributors.

Paul has an Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario. He also has his CLU and ChFc designations.

As President, Andy provides strategic direction and visionary leadership to support Worldsource Financial Management and its commitment to provide independent advisors with industry leading tools and services. As Managing Director of Worldsource Wealth Management (WWM), Andy collaborates with the presidents of each WWM subsidiary to ensure the business needs of entrepreneurial advisors across the sectors are met.

Andy has worked in the financial services sector for more than 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a number of fields - from trading to sales and product marketing. Prior to joining Worldsource, he was the President of Performa Financial Group, a division of Standard Life, where he played a principal role in the development of their distribution network and their investment fund offering. Prior to Standard Life, Mr. Mitchell was Vice-President of Sales with Guardian Capital Group Limited.

Andy has an MBA from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

As President of Worldsource Securities Inc., John has been instrumental in developing Worldsource Securities into a leading full-service investment dealer.

Prior to joining Worldsource, John was a successful investment advisor with ScotiaMcLeod. Before entering the investment business, he was a lawyer with Stikeman, Elliott, a major national law firm. John began his career as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor.

John has a BA and an LL.M from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from University of Windsor. John has also earned his CLU and CFP designations.
